Bryan specializes in the sale of Multi-Residential and Commercial-Investment properties. Although his focus is the Hollywood and Mid-Wilshire Multi-Family Investments, he has experience working with properties in markets throughout Southern California.

His attention to the Hollywood and Mid-Wilshire multi-family markets allow him to provide unique insights regarding real estate investments. His clients appreciate his dedication and superior level of service. Bryan’s experience owning and managing apartments himself gives him a complete understanding of the needs and challenges of apartment owners.
CAREER HISTORY
Bryan joined Charles Dunn Company in 2004, working directly with one of the most successful Multi-Family and Commercial-Investment agents in the firm. Since that time, Bryan has been actively involved in almost 40 transactions totaling over $100,000,000 of investment real estate sales. He served clients in all aspects of property evaluation, property marketing and transaction and escrow coordination. This experience has allowed him to participate in the review and analysis of a wide variety of properties ranging from mid-size to portfolios. Having worked in several submarkets and with all investment property types, Bryan can bring valuable insight and experience to his clients.
Prior to joining Charles Dunn Company, Bryan worked for an entertainment management company in Beverly Hills after graduating from Northwestern University.
