Brian Jensen represents institutional and private investors in the acquisition and disposition of Retail and Commercial-Investment properties throughout the Los Angeles Metropolitan area. His primary focus is in the area of single tenant drug store properties as well as drug and grocery anchored retail centers.
Brian has developed a comprehensive database of drug store properties throughout California. Through this, he works very closely with each client in an effort to help them achieve their particular investment goals. Brian is known for his hands on, personalized approach in dealing with each client.
CAREER HISTORY
Brian joined the Charles Dunn Company in 2001. Prior to that he enjoyed a long and successful career in show business.
Through the many relationships Brian developed in the Entertainment field, Brian has been able to bring a variety of unique real estate opportunities to the Charles Dunn Company. These opportunities have led to the sale of numerous properties, including the sale of vacant land, single & multi-tenant retail properties as well as large portfolio transactions.
In addition to his day-to-day involvement with the Retail Team, Brian also works very closely with our Multi-Family Group assisting them in the acquisition of 1031 Exchange opportunities for their clients.
