Chris has successfully handled a wide range of requirements on behalf of both tenants and landlords all throughout the Southern California marketplace.
CAREER HISTORY / PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITION
Chris has joined Charles Dunn Company in 2004 as an Associate of the Office Services Group. His client list has grown through past success and referrals from many satisfied clients. A steady regimen of prospecting has proven to be a determining factor as well.
Chris has successfully handled tenant representation requirements ranging from 1,200 square feet to 75,000 square feet.
In addition, Chris currently represents more than 300,000 SF of available space in buildings that total over 1,000,000 SF. He has been able to effectively build long-term relationships with each client through his commitment to excellence and serving their interests.
