David B. Eitches specializes in the sale of Multi-Residential Investment properties in the Mid-Wilshire and Koreatown submarkets of Los Angeles.  David’s expertise is in his specific market knowledge and fine tuning his direct marketing.

CAREER HISTORY

David joined Charles Dunn Company, Inc. in January, 2007, as an investment sales associate in the West Los Angeles Office.  Having closed 25 sales transactions in his first year alone, David was quickly promoted as Director of Investment Sales. His first year honors include joining the prestigious Millionaire’s Club, Charles Club, and having the most Multi-Family and Land Transactions Closings Company wide.   Prior to joining Charles Dunn Company, David was a real estate broker at Marcus & Millichap’s West Los Angeles branch since 2004.  In his time there, David quickly excelled and closed ten transactions in his first year alone.  He unanimously was rewarded with the ”Pace Setter” plaque that is given to qualifying top performing individuals throughout the firm’s 50+ locations.

Prior to his career in real estate, David graduated the USC Marshall School of Business and worked at 20th Century Fox in Production Finance.  His well-built passion for finance budgeting and planning served him well in providing him with a strong start in his real estate career.

David is known for his assertive and aggressive nature, plus an unparalleled level of service to his clients.  He is able to meet and exceed the needs of each corporate and individual client based on a commitment to creativity and, most importantly, keeping his word.
