Darrell R. Levonian is currently an Executive Managing Officer of Charles Dunn Company, Inc., and has served as an advisor to the Board of Directors. He has assumed the leadership role of the Investment Sales Group for the Company offices.
EXPERIENCE / EXPERTISE
Thirty years of brokerage deal making on the production side combined with strategic planning, general sales management, and corporate leadership experience in the commercial real estate industry with regional firms. Specifically successful in executing a culture of growth through controlled marketing of real estate via specific areas of responsibility for each associate. His track record reflects a winning balance between deal negotiation and successful team building leadership. He is responsible for the formation and co-authoring of the Company’s “Fast Start Training Program” which has been successful for the firm over the years. Furthermore, his profit center groups are among the most profitable for the Company.
