Dennis J. Slattery specializes in the sale, leasing and financing of Industrial, R&D, Retail, and Office properties in Southern California. Dennis is also a member of the Executive Management Committee of Charles Dunn Company, Inc. and branch manager of the downtown Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley offices.
CAREER HISTORY / PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITION
Dennis started his career with the Charles Dunn Company in 1975. From 1980 to 1992 he served as Executive Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of George Elkins Company, a pioneer mortgage banker and brokerage firm in Southern California.
Dennis Slattery’s experience over the past 35 years includes overall project management and development responsibilities for several Office, Neighborhood Shopping Centers, and Industrial projects in excess of 7,000,000 square feet.
He has an extensive background structuring real estate projects, including: sale/leaseback, site acquisition, entitlement processing, joint ventures, partnership agreements, leasing, project financing, construction supervision, and property management activities.
