Eugene Page joined the Charles Dunn Company in November 2002 to open and grow a new office for the company serving Los Angeles’ South Bay as well as northern and western Orange County. The office offers the firm’s comprehensive services to commercial real estate occupiers, retailers, investors, developers and financial institutions. Further, Mr. Page’s extensive experience in organizational and portfolio strategy further expanded Charles Dunn’s outsourcing capabilities to regional companies as they join the trend of many national and multinational companies to outsource real estate services so they can focus on the strategic needs of their core businesses. Mr. Page is now located at Charles Dunn’s headquarters in downtown Los Angeles.

Mr. Page developed and co-led Jones Lang LaSalle’s worldwide practice in Organizational Strategy, a specialty that helps clients design and implement corporate real estate organizations and processes that support overall corporate strategic goals. He has worked with clients around the world, as well as completed research projects with academics, yielding experience that has helped him develop innovative organizational models, strategies and tools to align real estate portfolios with overarching corporate operational and financial objectives. A frequent author and speaker on corporate real estate, Mr. Page also created and taught the Positioned for Success: Optimizing the CoRE Organization course for CoreNet Global Learning for their SLRC designation program.
Mr. Page’s clients have included Boeing, Disney, EDS, Guidant, United Healthcare, Whirlpool, Mellon Financial, VeriSign, Capital One and Universal Studios. Mr. Page has specific experience in portfolio analysis, strategy development, corporate restructuring, large asset repositioning, transaction structuring and negotiation, operating expenses and portfolio databases.
Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Page worked for New America International (NAI), where he developed and managed multi-market corporate real estate accounts throughout the United States. Before that, he was a Director of Corporate Real Estate Consulting Services at Price Waterhouse. Mr. Page was also previously Principal and International Director of Knight Frank Faulkner, a Los Angeles based real estate brokerage firm, which he helped launch and grow over 11 years. Earlier in his career, he was with Cushman & Wakefield.
