CAREER HISTORY / PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITION

Ms. Lee joined Charles Dunn Company in January of 2009 as a Senior Managing Director and was hired, along with two of her team members, to head up a new Glendale office specializing in office leasing and sales within the Tri-City (Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena) and San Gabriel Valley office markets.   Her experience includes representing institutional landlord clients in maximizing asset value, tenant clients in reducing cost of occupancy, and buyers and sellers of owner-user and investment properties.   With a cumulative transactional value totaling nearly $500 million, Ms. Lee has participated in many of the market’s most significant transactions during her career.  She also authors articles for Business Life Magazine and various commercial real estate publications.  She was featured in the nationally published Real Estate Forum as one of the “Top 30 Under 30” commercial real estate professionals to watch.  Ms. Lee lives in Pasadena, California, serves on the board of directors for the Glendale Chamber of Commerce and speaks fluent Mandarin.
