Mr. Ventre specializes in the sale and exchange of Multi-Residential Investment properties in prime Los Angeles locations, including Hollywood and the Westside.  Several of his best qualities include his extensive knowledge of the marketplace, strong financial underwriting and commitment to client satisfaction.  Mark is dedicated to exceeding the expectations of property owners and investors.  As an expert, he is responsible for new business development, financial analysis, transaction management, market research and marketing.

CAREER HISTORY

Mr. Ventre attended the University of Maryland, College Park.  Prior to starting his career in Commercial Real Estate, Mark worked for over 10 years in a sales and account management capacity for leading technology and communications companies.  He was consistently above goal and a frequent President’s Club winner.  Since joining Charles Dunn Company in 2008, he has worked with several of the most prolific Multi-Family and Commercial brokers in the industry, and has participated directly in the successful closing of over $50 million in Investment Sales.
