BACKGROUND
Tom Maloof joined the Charles Dunn Company in 2007. He assists in major multiple-market transactions through the firm's corporate and financial units for advisory services. These services include site selection, feasibility studies, market forecasts and research. He specializes in multi-family investments in Downtown throughout Los Angeles and the Tri-Cities area.
Tom's diligent attention to detail assures both landlord and tenant transparent, precise, and timely transactions. He is committed to his clients with an assertive determination, integrity and sincerity that provide unparalleled service.
As a property owner of apartment buildings in Pasadena and South Pasadena, Tom takes a pride of ownership approach to investments. Recently, Tom completed the development of eight (8) apartment units in the city of Pasadena with another property coming online in 2011. Prior to joining Charles Dunn, Tom was a loan officer at Leaderscorp Financial.
