CAREER
HISTORY / PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITION
Wm P. (Rick) Harrison, a Senior Managing Director within Charles Dunn Company’s Los Angeles headquarters office, joined the firm in 1971.
In 1978, Rick was named a Partner of the Charles Dunn Company and was immediately elected by his fellow partners to two consecutive terms as Co-Managing Partner. Rick was appointed Regional Manager of the Los Angeles office in 1981 and served in that position until 1995.
Rick represents real estate investment clients on the sale and reinvestment of their assets. He has specialized in successfully effectuating 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange requirements. He attributes his success to clearly defining the client’s investment needs and then consistently delivering service through each step of the process.
