CURRENT POSITION
/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Bonnie A. Kimbrough, CPM®, is Regional
Vice President of the Sacramento Real Estate Management
Services Division. She is responsible for the supervision
of the company’s management services for the commercial,
industrial, retail and residential properties in our
Sacramento portfolio, coordinates property management,
leasing, tenant improvements, administrative, accounting
and engineering with the portfolio managers she supervises.
EXPERIENCE/EXPERTISE
Ms. Kimbrough’s lengthy experience
includes in depth knowledge of all types and classes
of property. She has worked with local, national and
international clientele, and has had exposure to all
facets of property ownership from both the institutional
and private investor perspectives.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
- 1979-1982. Asset Manager.
Koll Company, won the corporate wide leasing
contest while managing the then largest multi-industrial
complex in the company, leasing over 60,000 square
feet in a 6-month period.
- 1985-1990. Vice President,
Director of Commercial Property Management. Pacific
Savings Bank, oversaw the management of the
corporate office, which established the redevelopment
theme for the City of Costa Mesa, bank branches, REO’s,
real estate developed shopping centers and corporate
office property.
- 1990-1992. Senior Asset
Manager. Haseko (California) Inc., oversaw
management of portfolio including Class A office over
Retail, two-story office buildings, R&D and luxury
multi-family for third-party foreign investors.
- 1992-1993. Vice-President,
Head of California Operations. Gross Lancton &
Company, managed an 18 story high rise for
The National Bank of Canada and a number of other
properties for receivers and local owners.
- 1993-1995. Sacramento Regional
Manager. O’Donnell Property Services,
opened and ran the Sacramento Regional Office, overseeing
a portfolio of multi-industrial for Southwest Bell
and office property for Pacific Mutual housing the
then State Archives, State Social Services and Employment
Development Department in Roseville.
- 1995-1998. District Manager.
Lincoln Property Company, head of Sacramento
region, managing a portfolio of multi-family properties
from Chico to Fresno.

of IREM
- 1996 CPM® of the Year, Sacramento Chapter of
IREM
EDUCATION
- Ms. Kimbrough holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree
