Christopher K. Cooper is Chief Executive Officer of Charles Dunn Company. As one of the largest full service regional firms in the Western United States, Mr. Cooper’s focus is on integration and growth of the firm’s service platform, as well as providing superior service to the firm’s clients. Under Mr. Cooper’s leadership, Charles Dunn Company is looking ahead to embrace another century of excellence in service.
EXPERIENCE / EXPERTISE
Mr. Cooper is a 24-year industry veteran who served as Senior Managing Director in Cushman & Wakefield, and Executive Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle prior to joining Charles Dunn Company. He possesses a wide range of experience in leasing, construction, acquisition, sales, development and finance, and has an impressive track record of closed real estate transactions valued in excess of $3.5 billion. Mr. Cooper, who has a law degree, began his professional career as a real estate lawyer representing both public and private sector clients for 11 years.
