/ RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Regional Vice President in the Charles Dunn Real Estate Services corporate office, Ms. Conn has over 13 years of real estate experience and currently manages a mixed portfolio in LA county. In this role, she coordinates tenant relations, rent collections, budgeting, financial reporting , CAM billings and management operations. Additionally, her responsibilities include project start up and consulting, managing tenant improvements, organizing and implementing vendor contracts, interfacing with clients, and negotiating leases for new and existing tenants.
EXPERIENCE/EXPERTISE
Before her position with Charles Dunn, Ms. Conn was with CLS, an architectural firm, where she assisted the principal of the firm with day-to-day duties. This experience led her to becoming adept at overseeing construction projects ranging from tenant improvements to new build-outs. Early in her career at Charles Dunn Real Estate Services Inc., Ms. Conn was also an on-site manager of a Class-A high rise in downtown Los Angeles.

EDUCATION
Ms. Conn is a graduate from Gonzaga University with a B.A. in Philosophy. She holds a California Real Estate License, is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a Real Property Administrator (RPA), Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM).
