RESPONSIBILITIES
Jerry Wang is head of the International Division of Charles Dunn Company. His
management portfolio includes residential, office, retail and industrial space, totaling
over 10 million square feet. As division head, he is responsible for all aspects of landlord
representation, as well as business development.
EXPERIENCE
Mr. Wang’s experience includes over 30 years in the commercial real estate industry. He
is the founder of the International Division, which continues to be the fastest growing
segment of the company’s service offerings. The division’s growth is a testament to Mr.
Wang’s ability to obtain management through tenacity and persistence. His highly
successful record of account retention is accomplished through superior and specialized
hands-on service, as well as ever strengthening relationships with owners, banks and
government agencies.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
- 1994-Present: Charles Dunn Company, Executive Vice President, International
Division. Joined the company to lead the International Division, building and
branding a specialized service segment within the company that has grown into one
of its largest business segments.
- 1990-1994: Real Estate Equity Management for Transamerica, Vice
President/Regional Manager.. Responsible for all the property management
operations and leasing activities in Arizona and Southern California. Managed equity
investment properties, specializing in loan reserves, operational and provisional
budgets, dispositions and property management
- 1987-1990: Home Savings of America, Disposition Specialist. Responsible for
disposing of roughly $120 Million in REO loans for what was one of the nation’s
largest banks at that time.
- 1980-1987: Charles Dunn Company, Property Manager. Grew his portfolio over time
from a residential and commercial portfolio to an all services, all segments portfolio
consisting of a variety of property.
EDUCATION & PERSONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Mr. Wang received his B.S. Degree in Forestry from Taiwan. Mr. Wang is a Certified
Property Manager (CPM), Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM), Real Property
Administrator (RPA), Facilities Management Administrator (FMA), Certified
Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a California Real Estate Broker since 1986. |
