/ RESPONSIBILITIES
As Regional Vice President, Ms. Dunst’s
responsibilities include the overall management of business
operations of the Arizona region, which includes offices
in Phoenix and in Houston, Texas. The Arizona region
currently manages approximately 1,300,000 square feet
that cover office, industrial, retail and R&D product.
EXPERIENCE / EXPERTISE
Susan Dunst has been working in the commercial
real estate field for 24 years. She is both a Certified
Property Manager (CPM) and a Real Property Administrator
(RPA).
