Timothy
J. Gregoire, CPMŪ is the Regional Vice President for
the San Francisco Region of Management Services.
EXPERIENCE
/ EXPERTISE
Tim
Gregoire is currently responsible for the supervision
of the Company's Management Services' portfolio of Retail,
Industrial, Office, and Apartment properties in the
San Francisco area. In his
capacity as the Regional Manager, Tim coordinates property
management, leasing, tenant improvements, administrative,
accounting, and engineering with the Portfolio Managers
he supervises.
His
strengths include an in-depth financial and accounting
background along with excellent working relationships
with owners and tenants. He provides support and
training for his staff while ensuring that Company clients
are kept informed of all property issues and market
trends.
In
2003 and 2006, Tim was awarded the Charles Dunn Company "Regional
Manager Award" which recognizes his exceptional leadership
and devoted service to the firm. Tim has gained
a reputation with his clients and the industry for his
integrity and property management knowledge. He
also has had unique success in maintaining positive
relationships with many of the brokerage firms in the
region he serves.
