As Regional Vice President for Charles Dunn Real Estate Services in San Diego, Bob Hitchcock leads the San Diego team of real estate professionals who manage a large and diverse portfolio of properties. Current properties under contract include office, retail, industrial and multifamily apartments. Mr. Hitchcock is responsible for the overall management and profitability of the San Diego Region. The San Diego team oversees all aspects of real property management including leasing, marketing, tenant relations, project and building maintenance, annual budgeting, operating expense management, ownership financial reporting and management of several staff personnel.

Experience

Mr. Hitchcock has over 29 years of experience managing and leasing a mixed portfolio of properties including office, retail, industrial and multi-family. Prior to assuming the position of Regional Manager he was assigned as the general manager of two class “A” office buildings in La Jolla where he had overall operational and financial responsibility. Other office buildings managed include: La Jolla Gateway in La Jolla, Security Pacific Plaza in downtown San Diego, Centerside I in Mission Valley, Mission City in Mission Valley, 1660 Hotel Circle North in Mission Valley, and 555 Beech Street in downtown San Diego. His experience also includes extensive knowledge in construction management and tenant improvements implementation.

A graduate of Los Angeles State College, Mr. Hitchcock holds a degree in Psychology. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and obtained his Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification in 1987.

Mr. Hitchcock is active in the San Diego Chapter of IREM and the San Diego Association of Realtors. He has been appointed by the Mayor of San Diego to serve on the Airport Advisory Committee for a three year term.
