As a Regional Vice President, Eileen Conn has been directly responsible for the transitioning and oversight of over 12 million square foot portfolio. Ms. Conn brings over 13 years of diversified and progressive commercial property management to the team. In this role, she coordinates tenant relations, rent collections, budgeting, financial reporting, CAM billings and management operations. Additionally, her responsibilities include project start up and consulting, managing tenant improvements, organizing and implementing vendor contracts, interfacing with clients, and negotiating leases for new and existing tenants.

Experience

In 2011 Ms. Conn was awarded the Charles Dunn Company “Regional Manager Award” which recognizes her exceptional leadership and devoted service to the firm. Before her position with Charles Dunn, Ms. Conn was with CLS, an architectural firm, where she assisted the principal of the firm with day-to-day duties. This experience led her to becoming adept at overseeing construction projects ranging from tenant improvements to new build-outs. Early in her career at Charles Dunn Real Estate Services Inc., Ms. Conn was also an on-site manager of a Class-A high rise in downtown Los Angeles.

Ms. Conn is a graduate from Gonzaga University with a B.A. in Philosophy. She holds a California Real Estate License and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), and a Facilities Management Administrator (FMA).

Ms. Conn is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, a 2011 Executive Council member and Chair of the Friends of IREM Committee (Los Angeles).
