Before joining Charles Dunn, Faye was the Vice President, Director of Marketing and Facilities for Family Savings Bank. In that capacity she managed the marketing plan and budget, negotiated lease agreements and service contracts, analyzed financial documents, formed strategic relationships with corporate executives and business owners, managed building construction and facilities maintenance services, and directed the philanthropic programs. In addition, Faye was given the added responsibility of managing the Comerica Bank of California, commercial loan production office and the Smith Barney, bank investment center. Both organizations had a satellite office within the Bank.

Ms. Montgomery understands the demands of small business. As an entrepreneur, Faye enjoyed the success of owning and operating a major restaurant franchise located in the United States Virgin Islands.
