Mr. Mendelson joined Charles Dunn Company, Inc. in 2010 as a member of the Retail Investment Team. Prior to that, Mr. Mendelson worked for Westfield Corporation in the Marketing Department. Mr. Mendelson’s career includes direct involvement in commercial real estate development. Several members of his immediate family have held prominent positions in the development industry.

During Mr. Mendelson’s career he has quickly excelled in building relationships with real estate owners and investors with hundreds of million of dollars in investing and divesting potential.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Mr. Mendelson was a professional tennis player and toured on the circuit.

Justin Mendelson specializes in single and multi-tenant retail and medical investment properties in the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County markets. These properties include: single-tenant fast-food, major drug store chains, shopping centers of various sizes, medical office/medical related properties and various other NNN and master leased opportunities. Mr. Mendelson’s expertise is in his specific market knowledge, attention to detail, and results-oriented marketing approach in order to maximize the results on behalf of the clients of the Retail Investment Team. It is Mr. Mendelson’s goal, as well as the goal of the Retail Investment Team, to provide an unparalleled level of service, while exceeding the expectations of each client they serve.
