Kevin C. Dee joined the Charles Dunn Company in 1991 and specializes in Commercial and Retail Sales, Leasing and Development within the Greater Los Angeles area.

As a perennial member of “Charlie’s Club”, the Company’s echelon of top producers, Mr. Dee has been continuously recognized as one of the top professionals in the firm throughout his entire career.

In 1996, Hillcrest Development Partners LLC, which serves as a development affiliate of Charles Dunn Company was established. Since its formation, Hillcrest has been responsible for the development of numerous commercial and institutional projects ranging from freestanding fast food restaurants to regional entertainment and shopping centers.

Since its inception, Mr. Dee has been Hillcrest’s exclusive representation solely responsible for all brokerage responsibilities; including but not limited to the negotiations of all land assemblage, property acquisitions, as well as all leasing and/or sales representations.
