Recent notable transactions include: 4 acre freeway visible land assemblage project on behalf of well known car dealership, disposition of Single Tenant NNN investment property to 1031 exchange buyer, sale of owner user 15,000 sq. ft. retail building, and marketing of a shopping center for lease.
