Maxine Haywood serves in our Human Resources department and is responsible for day-to-day Human Resources operations. She participates in recruitment, employment application intake, preliminary interviews, administration of pre-employment assessments, and new hire orientations.

Experience

Ms. Haywood was an On-Site Commercial Building Manager for the KB Hollywood Center building for 10 years and was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the building. This included capital and tenant improvements, tenant retention, contract bidding and negotiations, client interaction, legal issues and reporting. During this time, Ms. Haywood also obtained her RPA.

Ms. Haywood attended Valley Jr. College and UCLA, continuing education classes in Human Resources.
