Prior to Mr. Beck’s 10 year career in commercial real estate transactions, he was a partner in a very successful full service Construction and Design firm in the Silicon Valley. During his 20 year career in the construction field, Mr. Beck completed over 80 significant high technology, software, and media design projects yearly. His understanding of commercial design and construction budgets gives Mr. Beck a powerful planning tool, supporting the needs and business strategies of a wide range of firms. Clients have included Apple, Macromedia, Stanford University, Olympus, and Yahoo.

Mr. Beck has utilized the resources within his business practice to specifically target a company’s business plan and objectives. He has an in-depth understanding of space planning and a vision to create successful working environments for his clients. These tools allow the Beck/Skya team to move swiftly though out the site search and lease/sale process. Mr. Beck’s ability to manage complex projects enables our clients to focus on their area of expertise.
