Russ Chen from the Downtown Los Angeles office of Charles Dunn Company specializes in commercial investment sales and leasing of shopping center, office building and industrial properties. His representation and consulting is used for acquisition, disposition, and venture structuring, financing, project and asset management. Additional areas of focus include land development for major retail center, “Big Box” tenant representation, restaurants and Asian oriented targeted office and retail.

Career Summary

Previously, Mr. Chen was recruited by Grubb & Ellis in 1998 to join the Commercial Services Group, operating from the downtown Los Angeles office with a broad range of commercial and residential real estate experience, including site acquisition, leasing, and entitlement processing and management activities. Mr. Chen started his career with the Charles Dunn Company in 2002.
