The Charles Dunn Tri-City team has an extensive track record of maximizing asset value for building owners and reducing the cost of occupancy for tenant clients, in transactions totaling over $2.50 billion with over 6 million square feet of office space leased or sold.

Mr. Unger has participated in transactions on behalf of Lockheed Federal Credit Union, California Credit Union, BETA Healthcare Group, and Upright Citizens Brigade.

Prior to joining Charles Dunn Company, Mr. Unger worked with Dudley & Associates, a retained executive search firm specializing in commercial real estate. At Dudley & Associates, he worked with development, investment, brokerage, and management companies on assignments throughout the United States and internationally.
