As Regional Vice President, Susan Dunst’s responsibilities include the overall management and leasing of the Arizona region which includes approximately 1,300,000 square feet of office, industrial, retail and R&D product.

Experience

Ms. Dunst has been working in the commercial real estate field for over 32 years. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a Real Property Administrator (RPA). She joined Charles Dunn Company in 1997 as a Senior Portfolio Manager, responsible for the management of 800,000 square feet. She was later promoted to Regional Vice President. Before Charles Dunn, Ms. Dunst worked at Koll Management Services as Vice President where she supervised a multi-tenant portfolio of 1.5 million square feet. She has also worked at Zell Commercial Real Estate as a Property Manager, specializing in retail property comprising of 1 million square feet.

Ms. Dunst holds a nursing degree from the University of Kansas. She was the 2000 Phoenix Chapter President for the Institute of Real Estate (IREM). Ms. Dunst is on the staff at the Arizona School of Real Estate where she teaches classes in law and finance. She is the Designated Broker for the Arizona region of Charles Dunn Company.
