Career History

Todd joined the Charles Dunn Company in 2003 as a Sales Associate to a highly productive Office Properties Agent in the company. Through his assertive and hard working style, Todd delivers excellent service to colleagues and clients of the company. His attention to detail and client needs serve as the foundation for his success. In 2004, Todd was recognized by Charles Dunn Company for completing the most transactions among all agents. Todd also received the Most Improved Commission award in 2006.

Todd’s leasing team currently represents over 800,000 square feet of rentable space and is one of the San Fernando Valley’s most active brokerage teams.
