Walter J. Conn has served as Chairman of Charles Dunn Company since 1995, when he purchased the firm from the Dunn brothers and the other partners, and has a distinguished career with the firm spanning nearly half a century. Mr. Conn joined the company in 1963 to establish the Property Management Division. From its humble beginnings, he grew the company into one of the largest regional property management firms in Southern California, with over 22 million square feet under management.

Mr. Conn is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California and holds the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM®) from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He was an international real estate instructor for IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) for over 15 years, teaching Property Management, Budgeting, Property Taxation, Valuations, Personnel Management and other courses to thousands of CPM designee candidates. In addition, he served as a Superior Court appointed receiver in over 60 cases for the State of California.
