William P. (Rick) Harrison, a Senior Managing Director within Charles Dunn Company’s Los Angeles headquarters office, joined the firm in 1971.

In 1978, Mr. Harrison was named a Partner of the Charles Dunn Company and was immediately elected by his fellow partners to two consecutive terms as Co-Managing Partner. Mr. Harrison was appointed Regional Manager of the Los Angeles office in 1981 and served in that position until 1995.

Mr. Harrison specializes in sale and leasing of office, industrial and retail properties throughout Southern California. He has also consummated numerous exchange requirements on behalf of clients throughout the Western United States. He attributes his success to clearly defining the client’s needs and then consistently delivering service through each step of the process.

Mr. Harrison has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Santa Clara.
