As President, Patrick Conn is responsible for the management and operation services for the Charles Dunn Company real estate portfolio. Mr. Conn currently oversees the management of approximately 20,000,000 square feet of office, retail, multi-family and industrial space located primarily in California and Arizona.

Experience

Mr. Conn has over 15 years of real estate consulting and management experience in office, retail, multi-family and industrial buildings. Prior to joining Charles Dunn Company, Mr. Conn was Vice President for ING Realty Partners, a real estate investment company sponsored by ING Group, a global financial institution with a market value of approximately $60 Billion. At ING, Mr. Conn was a member of the investment team in Los Angeles responsible for the management and disposition of assets primarily located in the western United States.

Mr. Conn attended Claremont McKenna College where he received a BA in Economics and International Relations, before obtaining his MBA at the University of Southern California. Mr. Conn is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in California and LEED® AP.
