As Executive Vice President Eileen Conn currently oversees a diverse portfolio of assets throughout Los Angeles County. In this role, she supervises a staff of managers and assistants that oversee over 12 million square feet of industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use space. Additionally, Conn engages in project start up and consulting, managing tenant improvements, organizing and implementing vendor contracts, interfacing with clients, and negotiating leases for new and existing tenants.
Eileen has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Before her position with Charles Dunn Company, Eileen was with CLS, an international architectural firm, where she assisted the principal of the firm with a wide range of activities that eventually led to a position overseeing construction projects ranging from high-end tenant improvements to new build-outs. Early in her career at Charles Dunn Company, Eileen was an on-site manager of a Class-A high rise in downtown Los Angeles and is considered an expert in asset operational systems, tenant services and value-add management strategies.
Eileen is a graduate from Gonzaga University with a B.A. in Philosophy.
Credentials and Affiliations
Eileen is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Los Angeles and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). In 2017, she served as President of the IREM Los Angeles Chapter. This is the first time in IREM LA Chapter’s history both father (1971) and daughter have served as President. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), and a Facilities Management Administrator (FMA). Eileen also serves on the Board of Directors for California Hospital Medical Center and holds a California Real Estate Broker License.
