Summary

As Regional Vice President, Karina Beltran is responsible for the supervision and management of over 1.5 million square feet of commercial, retail and residential properties, as well as client and tenant relations including leasing, CAM billings, budgeting, and financial reporting. Her responsibility also include directing and supervising a commercial portfolio team of property managers and on-site staff personnel.

Experience

Karina has over 20 years of experience as a property manager. Prior to her management duties, she worked as an accounting assistant responsible for accounts receivables and payables, bank reconciliations, and recurring accounting reports. She also assisted the payroll department for on-site employees including the screening of job applications, new employee orientation, administration of employee records, and facilitating employee relations.

Education

Karina attended California State University Los Angeles and earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management.
