As a Regional Vice President, Lynne Miller oversees office, medical, industrial, and retail portfolios. Her responsibilities include the supervision of property managers in all aspects of management of each portfolio’s day-to-day operations, capital and tenant improvements, lease negotiations and financials in addition to client relations, property management consulting, and new business transitions.
With over 25 years of property management experience, Lynne has directly managed several class A properties and portfolios throughout Greater Los Angeles. Prior to joining Charles Dunn Company, Lynne managed a 1.4 million square foot office building and parking garage in downtown Los Angeles for over seven years for Maguire Properties. From 1998 to 2006, she managed several office, industrial and medical buildings in the Greater Los Angeles area for PM Realty Group and Arden Realty, Inc., and Cushman & Wakefield.
Lynne has an MBA from the University of Phoenix and BA in English from the University of Maryland.
Credentials and Affiliations
Lynne holds the Certified Property Manager®, Real Property Administrator® and LEED® AP O+M designations. In 2011, Miller served as president of the IREM Los Angeles chapter. She is also an instructor for IREM and BOMA/GLA. Miller holds a California Real Estate Salesperson license.
