Experience

Nathan is a real estate executive with over 20 years of experience in architectural design, entitlement, development, construction management, tax assessment appeals, real estate finance, asset management, acquisition, disposition and leasing. He is able to quickly identify risks and value opportunities and reposition properties to create value. Prior to joining Charles Dunn, Nathan was a senior manager overseeing a diverse portfolio of real estate investments for private real estate investment companies.

Education

Nathan attended the University of California, Berkeley where he received his BA in architecture, before obtaining his MBA at the University of Southern California.
