Romy Miura is the Vice President of Operations. Her responsibilities include project start up and consulting, improving the company’s operational efficiencies and setting policies and procedures, interfacing with clients, and overseeing a management team that manages a portfolio of retail, office, and industrial space.
Romy has 25 years of experience in Property Management. Prior to joining the Charles Dunn Company, Romy worked in property management for seven years with Sunny Hills Palladium and DB Commercial Investments. Her portfolios consisted of 1.5 million square feet, which included retail centers, industrial space, and office buildings. Romy was also responsible for the direct supervision of in-house janitorial and maintenance staff and is experienced in completing the due diligence in the acquisition of commercial properties.
Romy received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine.
